Comment: The house was spotless, and well stocked with extra towels, linens, and blankets!! Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious house, we would definitely stay again!! We were however, a little disappointed that there was no wifi....but it forced us to stay off our computers and phones and enjoy some family time!!

Comment: I loved the fact that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Most pet friendly rentals are not as nice, but we like to stay in nice places, so this was just up our alley. We loved the woods to walk in, the quiet streets for bike riding, and the use of the Rec Center. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

Comment: Delightful stay. My granddaughters really enjoyed their time with us. Would have been helpful to have a land line. Could not get phone reception with cell phones with two different carriers. Hard to get info about movie times, order pizza, etc., without going to the top of the hill.

Comment: We had such a nice time staying at Wilderness Lodge. I would recommend taking down xmas decorations :) but other than that the house was lovely. We were mourning the recent loss of our yellow lab and really enjoyed the visit from the black lab. Activity center was great too.

Comment: We spent Labor Day weekend 2010 in this fabulous cabin. I say cabin loosely, as it really could be a house. In fact, if this 'cabin' were for sale in my neighborhood, I would have put an offer on it as soon as we walked in the door. The layout is fantastic, and ideal for relaxation, families, games, and serene. We will absolutely come back!

Comment: The only bummer was there was no central air. Our group was on a planning retreat, so we spent several hours in the house and it got very warm with just a window a/c unit. Also, the nights were difficult to sleep with only the one a/c unit and one fan. We would have brought our own fans if we would have known.

Comment: We rented the Wilderness Lodge for a friends reunion weekend. Everyone in our groups was pleasantly surprised that the home was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The home and setting were very quiet. We thought the property was closer to Suncadia resort (about 15 min.away), but glad that there was a closer pool facility that we could use.

Comment: we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals. on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep. but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.

The house is more beautiful in person than even what it shows online. We enjoyed being close to activities like ice skating and tubing. We plan on many more trips and making it "our" vacation spot.

Comment: I loved the fact that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Most pet friendly rentals are not as nice, but we like to stay in nice places, so this was just up our alley. We loved the woods to walk in, the quiet streets for bike riding, and the use of the Rec Center. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

Comment: We spent Labor Day weekend 2010 in this fabulous cabin. I say cabin loosely, as it really could be a house. In fact, if this 'cabin' were for sale in my neighborhood, I would have put an offer on it as soon as we walked in the door. The layout is fantastic, and ideal for relaxation, families, games, and serene. We will absolutely come back!

The home and setting were very quiet. We thought the property was closer to Suncadia resort (about 15 min.away), but glad that there was a closer pool facility that we could use.

Comment: we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals. on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep. but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.

Comment: The only bummer was there was no central air. Our group was on a planning retreat, so we spent several hours in the house and it got very warm with just a window a/c unit. Also, the nights were difficult to sleep with only the one a/c unit and one fan. We would have brought our own fans if we would have known.

The home and setting were very quiet. We thought the property was closer to Suncadia resort (about 15 min.away), but glad that there was a closer pool facility that we could use.

Comment: I loved the fact that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Most pet friendly rentals are not as nice, but we like to stay in nice places, so this was just up our alley. We loved the woods to walk in, the quiet streets for bike riding, and the use of the Rec Center. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

Comment: we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals. on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep. but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.

Comment: I loved the fact that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Most pet friendly rentals are not as nice, but we like to stay in nice places, so this was just up our alley. We loved the woods to walk in, the quiet streets for bike riding, and the use of the Rec Center. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

In fact, if this 'cabin' were for sale in my neighborhood, I would have put an offer on it as soon as we walked in the door. Comment: we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals. on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep. but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.

Comment: We spent Labor Day weekend 2010 in this fabulous cabin. I say cabin loosely, as it really could be a house. In fact, if this 'cabin' were for sale in my neighborhood, I would have put an offer on it as soon as we walked in the door. The layout is fantastic, and ideal for relaxation, families, games, and serene. We will absolutely come back!

Comment: The only bummer was there was no central air. Our group was on a planning retreat, so we spent several hours in the house and it got very warm with just a window a/c unit. Also, the nights were difficult to sleep with only the one a/c unit and one fan. We would have brought our own fans if we would have known.

Comment: Really nice place! Lots of room in the greatroom and kitchen. Very well kept up and stocked w/ everything you need. (Could use a dish cleaning brush or new sponge, liquid hand soap in kitchen and baths and hot pads for cooking.)

Comment: We rented the Wilderness Lodge for a friends reunion weekend. Everyone in our groups was pleasantly surprised that the home was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The home and setting were very quiet. We thought the property was closer to Suncadia resort (about 15 min.away), but glad that there was a closer pool facility that we could use.

Comment: I loved the fact that we were allowed to bring our dogs. Most pet friendly rentals are not as nice, but we like to stay in nice places, so this was just up our alley. We loved the woods to walk in, the quiet streets for bike riding, and the use of the Rec Center. We also very much enjoyed the fire pit.

Comment: we used the vacation property as a home base to take some hiking trips into the nearby mountains. we used and enjoyed the grill both nights. my fam loved the hottub. our master bathroom was wife now wants me to do something similar with our bathroom now. the large dining room table with chairs was great for having our family meals. on the downside, the furniture in the living room was sparse and not so comfortable. we saw the t-stat in the laundry room and operated the window AC unit, but the bedrooms were on the warm side at night. we had to open the bedroom windows to cool down and it wasn't until later at night until it was comfortable enough to sleep. but, overall, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend the rental to our friends and other fam members. thank you.

The house is more beautiful in person than even what it shows online. We enjoyed being close to activities like ice skating and tubing. We plan on many more trips and making it "our" vacation spot.
