Comment: We had a family of 10 and had room to spare! If you have young children that require a baby bed I would recommend using Baby's Away for crib rental. They were reasonable and very reliable. Also, the elevator came in very handy for the senior and for the three young one's in our group to go from floor to floor. Since there is no direct beach access I would recommend renting a golf cart to go to the beach as well as sight seeing. This will save alot of sand from getting in your car! Finally, there is a one car garage that is available to store thing that do not necessarily need to go in the house or a golf cart if you rent it over night. This was convenient.

Comment: The house was awesome! Plenty of room to congregate inside or out. Close to the beach, and even though you can't walk to the beach, it's practically a minute drive, which is nothing. We are already planning another trip next year!

Comment: Very comfortable and nicely appointed beach home. Excellent kitchen w/everything you need to prepare just about anything. Sofabeds and bunkbeds very uncomfortable for sleeping. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 14. We looked around one night and said "where is everyone?" - the house is so large we weren't all on top of one another! Plenty of room for everyone to be inside or out. Nice not being right on the beach and tracking in a lot of sand. Views are wonderful! You get what you pay for--this was worth it.

Very pretty, not very practical

Comment: The house was beautiful but there were some practical issues. The boardwalk shown on the internet pictures cannot be used, so you have to drive to the beach. The elevator didn't work and we had four elderly guests, so it really ruined their stay. The toaster didn't work. The house is for 12 occupants, but there were very few pots, pans, bowls large enough to cook for twelve.

Comment: Awesome property. lots of room for large group meals and activities. Rooms were very nice. Birdnest on top was big hit even though it was cool outside. Plenty of places to gather and also nooks for privacy.

Comment: Wonderful property! The view from the rooftop is beautiful! Sleeps 14 comfortably (exception: the sofa bed mattress is uncomfortable) with room for a baby pac-n-play in the bedrooms - child air mattresses will fit on the floor of the master bedroom & the apartment. I would like access to a boardwalk so I didn't have to drive to the beach for morning & evening strolls.

Great house, but no beach access

Comment: The house is beautiful and accommodated three families very easily. We loved the layout, and it was very comfortable. However, in the pictures online you can see a board walk to the beach. We assumed that was how you access the beach, but you actually have to drive to the access road. The board walk is privately owned, gated and locked. All in all we enjoyed our stay - just know that beach access is not as convenient as you might think.

Comment: This was the sixth year for our three families to enjoy Port A. Our first to stay at Ocean Breeze. The location to the beach acess road was very nice although not having a walkway to the beach would have been nice we decided driving worked out better for us anyway. The Open kitchen/dinning/living area was very nice to enjoy everyone when we were there. The bedroom arrangement was not perfect for us but it would probably work for most others. We did have one issue with the elevator but one call to the managment company and we were back in business within 30 minutes. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and I would give them top rating for sure. Overall I would say this was one of our best stays over the past six years. I would recomend this property to most anyone.

Comment: This home is great for a big group. The view from all three decks is fabulous and the house is very comfortable. The windows weren't clean and one bathroom wasn't all the way clean and there were a couple of maintenance issues, however the management arrived within minutes of my call and fixed the situation. I was impressed with their responsiveness to our needs. Marni and her husband were great! We had an incredible time and the home was wonderful. We would all love to return sometime.

Comment: We did not know where to check in. The office was not located on the properties so that also complicated matters. Noone answered the phone (she could have been busy) when we arrived 30 min early. The house was great. WE had a wonderful time. The elevator was a tremendous help since the kitchen was on the top floor and my elderly parents were on the bottom. Loved the ammenities...great kitchen items, nice bathrooms, and great beds. The view was the greatest! My teens loved the roof top at night!

Comment: The interior finish out is excellent. Still need some odds and ends but overall a great home. Problem lies with homes to close and no great insulation or neighbors way too loud. You could hear everything going on in Ocean Gem 51VW which was occupied by the owners at the time. I feel it is disrespectful to be loud and discourteous to others around you. Yes, this is Port A and a vacation getaway and some noise, music and fun is all good. Having your stereo blasting at 10 pm may not be my cup of tea though. Overall, the house is great. I am glad I stayed here to know what to look for in build quality and distance from neighbors as we search for our possible ownership in Port A.

Comment: The house was nicely decorated and fairly clean and had a great view; however it was not convenient to the beach. The bedrooms were small, no trash cans were provided outside and at check-in we were forced to pay an extra fee for insurance that was previously presented as optional. It probably isn't the best value for the money.
