Comment: i must say that tracy and sarah were very helpful! i just needed a place for one night and she allowed me to rent the space. i forgot a special shirt at the apt and the ladies send it right back to me, without any hassels! i would definitely recommend you stay here or use port escapes anytime for your leisure or business adventures. they are great and easy to work with!! i will surely go back!!

Comment: I did not like the fact that a note was left on what to do before you leave. I paid a cleaning fee and on the note I was told that I had to take out the trash and start the dishwasher or was the dishes and it I had a washer I was to start the laundry. If you are going to charge a cleaning charge the guest should not have to do thesse chores. The grounds were infested with mosquitos.

Comment: It's an absolute GEM of a condo, super close to the beach! You can walk down an adjacent road to get to boardwalk access to the beach, or you can drive a VERY short distance to the beach road and park at the beach. The photos displayed do not give this place justice - it is a super cute place to stay and SUPER CLEAN. The master bedroom had a comfy bed with great linens and new soft (clean!) carpets, the bathroom and kitchen are small, but the bathroom has beautiful details (marble counter, nice towel racks!), and the kitchen has brand-new appliances that work beautifully. The living and dining area are decorated nicely and were very comfortable! Our family of four (kids slept on the fouton) AND all of our beach gear fit nicely in the condo and had a GREAT vacation, thanks to being able to come "home" each night. The folks at Port Aransas Escapes were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again, and would also use Port Aransas Escapes again, in the event that we needed a larger property. FANTASTIC overall!!!

Comment: We had a very lovely time, most of it was spent on the beach. The only thing I was not happy with was the $30.00 cleaning fee. A little sand on the floor, and a couple of dirty towels should not have costed an extra $30.00. The internet advertised $64.00 a night, but our total was $114.00. Somthing seemed very wrong with that. Overal it was a lovely place, but next time we will have to invite another couple to help with the cost.

Comment: A friend told us just before our vacation that they have seen cockroaches while staying at the mustang. First day we found a huge dead cockroach, that's all. No more dead or alive ones. The unit was clean and comfortable enough for us. And yes, we would recommend it :)

Comment: We arrived early & were very excited when we were told our room was ready & we could check in early (around 1pm). Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room it was still dirty so we had to put all our things back in the car. I was told they would call us when it was ready. Well, 4 o'clock came & still no phone call. I called the office & was told the room was ready (thanks for the phone call). Overall, our stay was nice. Once it came time to check out you can bet that they were there at 11am to kick us out!

Comment: The condo offers great rates and is a quick drive to the beach. It is comfortable for 2 people (not more). The kitchen is missing key supplies like a large boiling pot and broiling pans and there is no pool (which is a must on a beach vacation). Though its far from luxurious, it is an adequate little place for a small budget.

Comment: an inexpensive place near the beach - you have to walk through a private neighborhood to get to the beach - not easy access. We drove all day and arrived at the management company about 4:30 - closing time was 5. at about 3 the management company called and said they wanted to leave at 4 and when would we get there - we felt like we were an imposition to the staff. Also they gave us a sheet of DONT'S for the room. I felt like a wayward teen with my parents going out of town for the weekend, not like a paying guest. Didn't feel very welcome.

The condo itself offered everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, and the property managers were superb when it came to satisfying our needs. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to vacation at Port Aransas.

Comment: We arrived early & were very excited when we were told our room was ready & we could check in early (around 1pm). Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room it was still dirty so we had to put all our things back in the car. I was told they would call us when it was ready. Comment: We had a very lovely time, most of it was spent on the beach. The only thing I was not happy with was the $30.00 cleaning fee. A little sand on the floor, and a couple of dirty towels should not have costed an extra $30.00. The internet advertised $64.00 a night, but our total was $114.00. Somthing seemed very wrong with that. Overal it was a lovely place, but next time we will have to invite another couple to help with the cost.

Comment: an inexpensive place near the beach - you have to walk through a private neighborhood to get to the beach - not easy access. We drove all day and arrived at the management company about 4:30 - closing time was 5. at about 3 the management company called and said they wanted to leave at 4 and when would we get there - we felt like we were an imposition to the staff. Also they gave us a sheet of DONT'S for the room. I felt like a wayward teen with my parents going out of town for the weekend, not like a paying guest. Didn't feel very welcome.

Comment: I did not like the fact that a note was left on what to do before you leave. I paid a cleaning fee and on the note I was told that I had to take out the trash and start the dishwasher or was the dishes and it I had a washer I was to start the laundry. If you are going to charge a cleaning charge the guest should not have to do thesse chores. The grounds were infested with mosquitos.

Comment: It's an absolute GEM of a condo, super close to the beach! You can walk down an adjacent road to get to boardwalk access to the beach, or you can drive a VERY short distance to the beach road and park at the beach. The photos displayed do not give this place justice - it is a super cute place to stay and SUPER CLEAN. The master bedroom had a comfy bed with great linens and new soft (clean!) carpets, the bathroom and kitchen are small, but the bathroom has beautiful details (marble counter, nice towel racks!), and the kitchen has brand-new appliances that work beautifully. The living and dining area are decorated nicely and were very comfortable! Our family of four (kids slept on the fouton) AND all of our beach gear fit nicely in the condo and had a GREAT vacation, thanks to being able to come "home" each night. The folks at Port Aransas Escapes were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again, and would also use Port Aransas Escapes again, in the event that we needed a larger property. FANTASTIC overall!!!

You can walk down an adjacent road to get to boardwalk access to the beach, or you can drive a VERY short distance to the beach road and park at the beach. The photos displayed do not give this place justice - it is a super cute place to stay and SUPER CLEAN. The master bedroom had a comfy bed with great linens and new soft (clean!) carpets, the bathroom and kitchen are small, but the bathroom has beautiful details (marble counter, nice towel racks!), and the kitchen has brand-new appliances that work beautifully. The living and dining area are decorated nicely and were very comfortable! Our family of four (kids slept on the fouton) AND all of our beach gear fit nicely in the condo and had a GREAT vacation, thanks to being able to come "home" each night. The folks at Port Aransas Escapes were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again, and would also use Port Aransas Escapes again, in the event that we needed a larger property. FANTASTIC overall!!!

Comment: We had a very lovely time, most of it was spent on the beach. The only thing I was not happy with was the $30.00 cleaning fee. A little sand on the floor, and a couple of dirty towels should not have costed an extra $30.00. The internet advertised $64.00 a night, but our total was $114.00. Somthing seemed very wrong with that. Overal it was a lovely place, but next time we will have to invite another couple to help with the cost.

Comment: A friend told us just before our vacation that they have seen cockroaches while staying at the mustang. First day we found a huge dead cockroach, that's all. No more dead or alive ones. The unit was clean and comfortable enough for us. And yes, we would recommend it :)

Comment: We arrived early & were very excited when we were told our room was ready & we could check in early (around 1pm). Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room it was still dirty so we had to put all our things back in the car. I was told they would call us when it was ready. Well, 4 o'clock came & still no phone call. I called the office & was told the room was ready (thanks for the phone call). Overall, our stay was nice. Once it came time to check out you can bet that they were there at 11am to kick us out!

We drove all day and arrived at the management company about 4:30 - closing time was 5. at about 3 the management company called and said they wanted to leave at 4 and when would we get there - we felt like we were an imposition to the staff. Also they gave us a sheet of DONT'S for the room. I felt like a wayward teen with my parents going out of town for the weekend, not like a paying guest. Didn't feel very welcome.
