Comment: We were very pleased with our stay at Hololani. The grounds were well maintained and everyone was very nice. Overall, the location was quiet! The views are amazing and the ocean waves can be heard all evening following a beautiful sunset. I will preface by stating I am very clean; our particular unit could have slightly more clean in my opinion. Also, there was loud street noise all night from the bedroom located on the street side of the building. otherwise, the stay could not have been better.

Comment: Our 2BR units was really nice with a great view (as all units)of the ocean and Lanai. The property is well maintained and has an elevator for elderly use to access the upper floors. The only knock I could give this place is the small pool. Not a "Cannon Ball" size!

Comment: We love Maui and we especially loved this unit! The condo was very tastefully done, was well equipped, and perfect for us for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Donna was the person who helped us with our reservation (while Marcia was away) and she was extremely helpful. Discovered she lived in the South Bay area in Southern, CA and attended the same high school my daughter now attends! Small world! Donna was great! For next guests: please take care of this unit so it can be enjoyed for future visitors! We were sad to leave but will be back!

Comment: Our Maui vacation was wonderful, the condo A301 was great for location and view. It is close to a small shopping area, Dolly's pizzeria for those late night snacks and overall very quiet in the evenings. Most lights are out by 10 p.m., so not a place to party at. there is some road noise in MBDR. but the window can be closed and the room still stays cool with the overhead fan. The couch bed is not usable but the rest of the furniture is okay. The mgmt. and cleaning staff were excellent and helpful. The apt. has all the appliances, etc. you could need during your stay. I would recommend this unit to a friend. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we will be back.

Comment: There seemed to be a lot of construction going on both on the property with the replacement of railings to individual units having work done. Last few days we were there, elevator was dirty with construction materials and floors were closed one at a time and guests were told to walk to another floor. I think they should have waited to have the work done in an off peak period.

A301 at Hololani was very nicely renovated, comfortable and has a great view of the ocean. It was nice to have the full kitchen and washer and dryer with a little one. It also had a few essentials such as a home phone with local number, beach items and kitchen appliances ... who can go somewhere tropical without a blended drink! My hubby grumbled when he didn't find A/C but the rooms stayed surprisingly cool. A great family choice!

Comment: The only issue I had with this property was maintenance related. There was a tile missing from the floor. Door trim missing showing the shims. Lanai door screens falling off. Wall hole patchwork unpainted. Other than that, great place.

Comment: I love to be able to come to MAUI for my Dental Conferences and bring my family. Hololani is the perfect set up for us. I will say and hope that it is known...I will greatly miss the manager (Mike ). He is always very on top of things and very professional. His attention to DETAIL was appreciated,every year we have visited. I had heard that he will no longer be working at Hololani. I hope he will be given an outstanding reference with his departure from this position. FYI, a big draw for us to choose Hololani again is due to familiar faces/ staff. --Annually Recurrent Guests.

It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities including an amazing ocean view. The only thing missing for our needs were beach chairs. We found some beautiful beaches close by, and had beautiful sunsets every night. I recommend doing the early morning drive to Haleakla for the out of this world sunrise! Being out of town we had no beach would have been nice to actually sit on the sandy shore of the ocean in a comfortable chair. The ramp down to the shore line was a bit steep and cumbersome. We would definately come back again soon.

Comment: We can't wait to go back to this amazing condo. The view was spectacular. The quiet and serene environment was breath taking. We even saw whales from our condo. The property was very clean and the manager was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property. Next year we're staying longer.

Comment: We really loved the condo, and hope to come back and stay again! I have told every person I know that I would highly recommend this unit. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities including an amazing ocean view. The only thing missing for our needs were beach chairs. We found some beautiful beaches close by, and had beautiful sunsets every night. I recommend doing the early morning drive to Haleakla for the out of this world sunrise! Relaxing in a heavenly place

Comment: The condo was more than we expected. Very comfortable and cozy. The amenities in the unit were fabulous. Being out of town we had no beach would have been nice to actually sit on the sandy shore of the ocean in a comfortable chair. The ramp down to the shore line was a bit steep and cumbersome. We would definately come back again soon.
