D104 is one of the most unique interior ground floor units at Waipouli Beach Resort. Besides the great location and high end furnishings D104 was blessed with an incredible architectural amenity! Each room in D104 is 8 feet longer than other Waipouli rooms! Gifted with this extra space D104 is the largest floor plan on the property! We are still willing to price this space as a one bedroom for couples and we do not charge extra for this unique amenity. Perfect for groups of 6 or those who love Yoga, D104 is surly to impress! Winner of two first prizes in the $2,000,000 + condo category of the 2006 '50th Parades of Homes is one of many reasons to visit this special property. The stylish interior of this 2 bedroom, 3 bath room, 1812 square foot unit includes top of the line kitchen with a Wolf glass cook top, oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, GE profile microwave, Fisher Paykel dual dishwasher drawers, granite counter top and African Mahogany cabinets. Three full bathrooms with Peruvian Travertine stone surrounds, soaking tubs and two showers to relax any over hiked traveler. One room has a King and a queen bed!!!
