Enjoy this ground floor 2 story spacious townhouse, fully appointed with all the amenities you will need It's complete with 3 bedrooms, luxurious linens, top of the line appliances, wireless internet to keep you connected. Within easy walking distance to the beach, as well as the King's Shops & Queen's Marketplace, which offer a wide assortment of dining & shopping options. If you are sticking close to the resort style pool, property fitness center, or cook dinner right on your private wrap-around lanai with your outdoor summer kitchen. Our property management is available to assist you with any details during your any challenges you may face! We look forward to sharing this special island Attentive guest services, pristine cleanliness, basic amenities, your own laundry facilities, reserved parking, and a perfect atmosphere add up to a lovely vacation stay. Located across the street from the newly built Queen's Shops, complete with food court, art galleries, sushi, creamery ice cream, Macaroni Grill, Island Gourmet Market, Starbucks, and many other shops, daily local entertainment, classes and cultural events. Also within a 2-minute drive is the famous Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay) beach with all the joys of white sand, trees, snorkeling, and more. Further down the road (10 to 15 minute drive) are other local beaches, whether you want the pristine white sands of Hapuna Beach, or the rocks, trees, and safe entry spots of nearby "Beach 69" (at mile marker 69). All of our units have a well-thought-out guidebook to the local area, complete with sections describing Waikoloa Beach Resort and all its offerings, important phone numbers, Big Island life information, a guide to beaches, shopping, activities, Luau/Dining, and Golf. One most common remark we hear when guests arrive is, “The pictures don’t do it justice.” We take pride in our high standards of service, cleanliness, and all-around Aloha in serving our guests and attending to their needs. Late flight arrival? Just ask, and we’ll be happy to do a preliminary grocery shop, arrange for flowers, set up or guide you to activities, or give local information with all we know. At , our aim is to please, and we seldom miss the mark.
