Comment: My family and I enjoyed our stay. Perfect location on Alii drive. The only disappointing thing is that I didnt have a pass code to get to the under ground parking and the pool. Just be sure to ask for the passcode for the underground parking and the pool.

Comment: This Condo is tired - Lanai - turned into part of the living room no Lanai now. The Linen so old needs replacing especially the bedrooms & kitchen. The coffee table had a glass top that was not the original hung over both ends - very dangerous with children around. The furniture needs an update a very very tired unit. The musty smell returned home to Australia took weeks to disappear from our clothing & luggage. The carpet in the hallway leading from the entrance to the condo is filthy and disgusting. Kitchen is a little short on glasses perhaps a few wine glasses would be nice. A little maintenance would go a long way. The Management made up for the disappoint we felt when we arrived.

Comment: We stayed at this condo unit in Kona in late August 2009 and were very satisfied with the unit and the location. 2BR/2 baths, fully equipped to eat in and close to the center of town (right next to the church on Ali'i Drive. It was in the Kona Plaza. Full disclosure: outside the unit, there was some construction repair going on which was a bit noisy, but only during the day. But if you're in your hotel or condo in Hawaii during the day, then you need to change your ways! So, it wasn't a problem for us.

Comment: We were pleased with our stay in unit 212 apart from the very loud and ineffective air conditioner. We asked if we could stay a few extra hours past three pm as our flight wasn't until evening and we had children but the manager wasn't very flexible and said that it needed to be cleaned right away. We know that it didn't get cleaned that day as we stayed on with our parents close by and nobody arrived to clean. So all in all was a good stay but found the manager could have been a bit more accomodating!
