This upscale home sleeps up to 12 and features a gorgeous year-round view, secluded “treetop” deck, and quiet luxury at home, with easy access to Telluride and Mountain Village. Located ten miles north of Telluride and Mountain Village, the River House edges on the San Miguel River, known for fly-fishing and white water rafting. Telluride/Mountain Village offers world-class winter sports, numerous summer festivals (including the Telluride Film Festival), hiking trails, golf, and more. Accommodations include a master bedroom and bath and two upstairs bedrooms, and bath. A third bathroom is available on the main floor. There is lots of living space, as well, with an upstairs entertainment room and downstairs living area with lots of seating. Amenities include the river-facing hot tub, gas fireplace, superior gas grill, satellite TV, washer and dryer, and a kitchen furbished for a crowd.
