Comment: The condo was great for our family. Loved the location of the skating rink. The only problem we had was when we were at the outdoor pool and there were no towels. Guest services said someone was bringing them but we waited for at least 30 minutes and they never showed up. It was a pretty chilly walk back to the condo!

From an early check in and late check out, and the special attention to detail that you gave to our family, I can't thank you enough for making me so happy and satisfied after such a terrible start to our trip. I will recommend to all friends and would love to stay with your company again. On a side note, the condo is amazing! We really liked how big it was and we really enjoyed the living room area for movie night. Thanks again!

Comment: This unit is in a great location with plenty of space to host a family and then some. We had a family of 5, 2 15-year-old boys, parents and a 5 year-old and it was more than enough space for us. The location in the village is great and it is a short walk to the Gondola. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the Dakota - easy to get to thru the parking garage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Comment: Very noisy location with bus stop right outside of windows dropping off people late who then chat and direct sun making it very warm in the summer. I'm sure in the winter months that is not an issue with windows closed. Maybe an extra fan for use. Very nice roomy unit. TV's and DVD players in all rooms was great for the kids to watch movies.

Comment: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the property cleanliness was because there was some trash left behind in the kitchen garbage can without being in a trash bag. It appeared to be left behind from whoever installed the new queen bunk beds as there were instructions for the bed in the trash. We did take care of getting the trash into a bag and disposing of it but that was kind of yucky to discover and handle. I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.

Comment: We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautiful and really feels like home. The location is great, as you can just walk to the lifts without dealing with parking or anything. However, if you come and plan on cooking, make sure you bring a cheese grater with you if you need one as there isn't one in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful and very usable though. Highly recommend!

Bathrooms need updating, especially toilets and grout. Not my favorite stay at the River Run condos. Beds and TV's were nice, as was the family room furniture.

Comment: This unit is in a great location with plenty of space to host a family and then some. We had a family of 5, 2 15-year-old boys, parents and a 5 year-old and it was more than enough space for us. The location in the village is great and it is a short walk to the Gondola. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the Dakota - easy to get to thru the parking garage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Comment: Very noisy location with bus stop right outside of windows dropping off people late who then chat and direct sun making it very warm in the summer. I'm sure in the winter months that is not an issue with windows closed. Maybe an extra fan for use. Very nice roomy unit. TV's and DVD players in all rooms was great for the kids to watch movies.

Comment: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the property cleanliness was because there was some trash left behind in the kitchen garbage can without being in a trash bag. It appeared to be left behind from whoever installed the new queen bunk beds as there were instructions for the bed in the trash. We did take care of getting the trash into a bag and disposing of it but that was kind of yucky to discover and handle. I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.

Comment: Condo is located directly above game room in the lodge. We could not sleep in the master because men were playing pool late into the night. Also, kitchen counter was dirty on our arrival. Bathrooms need updating, especially toilets and grout. Not my favorite stay at the River Run condos. Beds and TV's were nice, as was the family room furniture.

Comment: The condo was great for our family. Loved the location of the skating rink. The only problem we had was when we were at the outdoor pool and there were no towels. Guest services said someone was bringing them but we waited for at least 30 minutes and they never showed up. It was a pretty chilly walk back to the condo!

Comment: This unit is in a great location with plenty of space to host a family and then some. We had a family of 5, 2 15-year-old boys, parents and a 5 year-old and it was more than enough space for us. The location in the village is great and it is a short walk to the Gondola. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the Dakota - easy to get to thru the parking garage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Comment: Very noisy location with bus stop right outside of windows dropping off people late who then chat and direct sun making it very warm in the summer. I'm sure in the winter months that is not an issue with windows closed. Maybe an extra fan for use. Very nice roomy unit. TV's and DVD players in all rooms was great for the kids to watch movies.

Comment: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the property cleanliness was because there was some trash left behind in the kitchen garbage can without being in a trash bag. It appeared to be left behind from whoever installed the new queen bunk beds as there were instructions for the bed in the trash. We did take care of getting the trash into a bag and disposing of it but that was kind of yucky to discover and handle. I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.

Comment: We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautiful and really feels like home. The location is great, as you can just walk to the lifts without dealing with parking or anything. However, if you come and plan on cooking, make sure you bring a cheese grater with you if you need one as there isn't one in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful and very usable though. Highly recommend!

Comment: Condo is located directly above game room in the lodge. We could not sleep in the master because men were playing pool late into the night. Also, kitchen counter was dirty on our arrival. Bathrooms need updating, especially toilets and grout. Not my favorite stay at the River Run condos. Beds and TV's were nice, as was the family room furniture.

Comment: Very noisy location with bus stop right outside of windows dropping off people late who then chat and direct sun making it very warm in the summer. I'm sure in the winter months that is not an issue with windows closed. Maybe an extra fan for use. Very nice roomy unit. TV's and DVD players in all rooms was great for the kids to watch movies.

Comment: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the property cleanliness was because there was some trash left behind in the kitchen garbage can without being in a trash bag. It appeared to be left behind from whoever installed the new queen bunk beds as there were instructions for the bed in the trash. We did take care of getting the trash into a bag and disposing of it but that was kind of yucky to discover and handle. I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.

Comment: This unit is in a great location with plenty of space to host a family and then some. We had a family of 5, 2 15-year-old boys, parents and a 5 year-old and it was more than enough space for us. The location in the village is great and it is a short walk to the Gondola. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the Dakota - easy to get to thru the parking garage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

We had a family of 5, 2 15-year-old boys, parents and a 5 year-old and it was more than enough space for us. The location in the village is great and it is a short walk to the Gondola. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tubs at the Dakota - easy to get to thru the parking garage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Comment: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the property cleanliness was because there was some trash left behind in the kitchen garbage can without being in a trash bag. It appeared to be left behind from whoever installed the new queen bunk beds as there were instructions for the bed in the trash. We did take care of getting the trash into a bag and disposing of it but that was kind of yucky to discover and handle. I would highly recommend this place due to the condition of the property and great location. The underground parking was excellent. My kids enjoyed the pool tables in the common space area of the building. It was very close to restaurants and the slopes for the River Run area.

Comment: We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautiful and really feels like home. The location is great, as you can just walk to the lifts without dealing with parking or anything. However, if you come and plan on cooking, make sure you bring a cheese grater with you if you need one as there isn't one in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful and very usable though. Highly recommend!

Comment: The only negative thing about this stay was that my reservation stated the keys would be available at 2:00 in the lock box, but they weren't. The office said they were never available until 3:30. Why no clean up this descrepancy?

Comment: The condo was great for our family. Loved the location of the skating rink. The only problem we had was when we were at the outdoor pool and there were no towels. Guest services said someone was bringing them but we waited for at least 30 minutes and they never showed up. It was a pretty chilly walk back to the condo!

Comment: The property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay the best ever. From an early check in and late check out, and the special attention to detail that you gave to our family, I can't thank you enough for making me so happy and satisfied after such a terrible start to our trip. I will recommend to all friends and would love to stay with your company again. On a side note, the condo is amazing! We really liked how big it was and we really enjoyed the living room area for movie night. Thanks again!

Comment: We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautiful and really feels like home. The location is great, as you can just walk to the lifts without dealing with parking or anything. However, if you come and plan on cooking, make sure you bring a cheese grater with you if you need one as there isn't one in the kitchen. Everything else was wonderful and very usable though. Highly recommend!

Comment: Condo is located directly above game room in the lodge. We could not sleep in the master because men were playing pool late into the night. Also, kitchen counter was dirty on our arrival. Bathrooms need updating, especially toilets and grout. Not my favorite stay at the River Run condos. Beds and TV's were nice, as was the family room furniture.

Comment: My only complaint would be that we couldn't get the AC to work and had to open the windows, which was fine other than the loud people talking outside our room late at night and early in the mornings keeping us up/waking us up.
