Comment: I was a little dissapointed when the "king sized bed" turned out to be a small Queen sized bed. The bed itself was comfortable but I don't like that the property discription clearly said King sized. It was also a hassle when we wanted to open our wine and the wine opener in the unit was broken and unusable causing us to have to leave and find the closest conveinence store.

Comment: We had problem with the room key card but after calling management problem was solved very fast even that they were not located at the town. Just one more annoying thing happened, fire alarm was at fault one night at the hotel for unknown reason. All people had to leave hotel twice for about half an hour. Everything else was perfect. I would recommend using this company and staying at this place. Clean, nice, safe, right in the middle of the Resort. Thanks.

Comment: Thie was more of a small hotel room without housekeeping than a condo. We could not get the TVs to work, the towels and sheets were as rough a brillo pads and the staff was rude if you could find someone to help you. Other than that, the location was beautiful.

The bed itself was comfortable but I don't like that the property discription clearly said King sized. Just one more annoying thing happened, fire alarm was at fault one night at the hotel for unknown reason. All people had to leave hotel twice for about half an hour. Everything else was perfect. I would recommend using this company and staying at this place. Clean, nice, safe, right in the middle of the Resort. Thanks.

Comment: I was a little dissapointed when the "king sized bed" turned out to be a small Queen sized bed. The bed itself was comfortable but I don't like that the property discription clearly said King sized. It was also a hassle when we wanted to open our wine and the wine opener in the unit was broken and unusable causing us to have to leave and find the closest conveinence store.

Comment: We had problem with the room key card but after calling management problem was solved very fast even that they were not located at the town. Just one more annoying thing happened, fire alarm was at fault one night at the hotel for unknown reason. All people had to leave hotel twice for about half an hour. Everything else was perfect. I would recommend using this company and staying at this place. Clean, nice, safe, right in the middle of the Resort. Thanks.

Comment: Loved the place. The only negative was that the property manger had no problem adding $25 for a late check out and we did not check out late. We were going to try to check out late but we were not able to verbally speak with them so we did not, they asumed we did. I was not happy about that.

Comment: This was a very nice condo to stay. The location was in the middle of the village and we could see the festival from the balcony. It was clean and modern also. If you plan on using the tv in the family room, good luck, it's impossible to figure out, even with instructions!

Comment: Thie was more of a small hotel room without housekeeping than a condo. We could not get the TVs to work, the towels and sheets were as rough a brillo pads and the staff was rude if you could find someone to help you. Other than that, the location was beautiful.

Comment: I was a little dissapointed when the "king sized bed" turned out to be a small Queen sized bed. The bed itself was comfortable but I don't like that the property discription clearly said King sized. It was also a hassle when we wanted to open our wine and the wine opener in the unit was broken and unusable causing us to have to leave and find the closest conveinence store.

Comment: We had problem with the room key card but after calling management problem was solved very fast even that they were not located at the town. Just one more annoying thing happened, fire alarm was at fault one night at the hotel for unknown reason. All people had to leave hotel twice for about half an hour. Everything else was perfect. I would recommend using this company and staying at this place. Clean, nice, safe, right in the middle of the Resort. Thanks.
