Say hello to the 10 mile range! This 3 bed/3 bath unit offers modern amenities and 180 degree views of Breckenridge. Be sure to enjoy the fantastic views from your own private balcony. Centrally located at the corner of Broken Lance Drive and Columbine Road, this property makes it easy to get between the slopes and Main Street. This unit also has a brand new 46-inch LCD TV to catch the morning snow report. Tastefully furnished with mountain décor, cobblestone fireplace, and real Lodgepole Pine tree furniture, you will know you’re in the Rockies. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, GE appliances, and everything that the family chef needs to prepare a meal for the whole gang. The dining room table seats six and there is also a breakfast bar with three additional seats. The master bedroom has a king bed, LCD TV, and a private en suite bathroom. There is a second master suite with a queen bed, which also has a private en suite bathroom. Finally, the third bedroom has two twin beds for the kids and a third bathroom located in the hallway. The unit also has a sofa sleeper in the loft and flat screen TV’s in every bedroom. Each building in the complex has elevator access, shared hot tub in East and South buildings and access to fitness center and sauna located in the West Building. Corral Conference Room provides meeting space for groups of up to 175 (additional rental fee apply). Some additional amenities include: oversized washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, heated 1 car garage with an additional outdoor space, walk or shuttle to the slopes, walk to town.
