Winterpoint offers a fantastic ski-in/walk-to location to Snowflake lift and to Main Street downtown Breckenridge. It's just one block from the Snowflake lift and you can ski down the 4 O'Clock run across the street. This moderate multi-level townhome has a cozy but separate living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for families. Just up the stairs is the kitchen and dining room. Both bedrooms are located on second floor separated by a long hallway, giving plenty of privacy between rooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and balcony looking out to the trees. Second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and a bunk (two twins). Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Washer/dryer in unit and private one car garage. After a day on the slopes, enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village 1.5 blocks away. Located 2 blocks to Main Street for dining, shopping and entertainment. Complimentary WIFI available. No smoking. 1200 sq. ft. Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.
