Directly across from the Snowflake Lift and on the 4 O'Clock Run, this 3 bedroom/3 bath two-story corner condo offers ski-in/ski-out access to your back door. A top corner unit with multiple balconies offers spectacular views of Peak 8 and 9 from anywhere in the condo. During summer, miles of hiking trails and mountain biking trails are just minutes from the complex. Our Tyra Aspen condo is meticulously maintained by local owners who take pride in sharing their vacation home with our guests. Its spacious layout is perfect for large families looking to be close to slopes for convenience but still value priced to be affordable! This top floor condo with an open floor plan offers combined living room, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining room on main level. Wood burning fireplace in living room and brand new 47" LCD TV above fireplace for entertainment. Two bedrooms are on the upper level. Corner master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a balcony with a view. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (two twins) with TV. There is a full bathroom located in hallway between the two bedrooms with a tub. There is another full bathroom on main level. Sofa sleeper in living room. Third bedroom on main level is a very large studio-styled attached lock off that has a queen bed and a day bed with a trundle (two twins). Another balcony with a view, full bathroom with a tub, TV, mini-kitchenette (stove, fridge, dishwasher). The condo sleeps total 12 people. Washer/dryer in hallway closet, complimentary WIFI, shared multiple hot tubs in complex. Common Club House with two indoor hot tubs (winter only) and one outdoor hot tub (year-round) available, perfect after a long day on the slopes. There is also an on-site meeting room by the Club House ideal for family reunions or corporate retreats (additional charges may apply). Walk or shuttle to Main Street downtown Breckenridge.
