It’s the perfect choice for quality, in town location, spacious living with ski-in ski-out convenience. Less than 50 yards from the ski run, you can easily ski back for a quick lunch, and be right on the Quick Silver Ski lift in minutes. This townhome has everything you could need, with a wide airy interior, vaulted ceilings and tasteful decor. You will not be disappointed. Decorated in a sophisticated mountain motif with novelty accent pieces, this spacious town home provides the warmth and comfort you expect from a distinguished mountain property. Gather in the living room with family games, or relax on the comfy leather couches with a good movie. Rustle up for après ski snacks in the gourmet kitchen featuring updated appliances and oak cabinetry. The upstairs master bedroom suite has a king bed, TV, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The balcony from the master has beautiful views of the peak 9 ski slopes. The second bedroom down the hall has a queen bed, and a twin trundle with a private bath. Downstairs the spacious den has a double sleeper sofa and a half bath located off the kitchen. The townhome comfortably sleeps 8 people. Amenities include access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, multiple TV’s, garage, balcony, patio, washer/dryer and WIFI high-speed Internet access. One car garage and one car in driveway. Location is a plus, as the town of Breckenridge is a short 5-10 minute walk. Easy access to the Village shops and restaurants, ski school outside your door, and the Upper Village Pool and clubhouse across the street. Non-smoking. Approximately 1300 sq. ft. Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.
