Just steps to the ocean on Jamaica court!! This 2 bedroom 1 bath offers cheery decor and will accommodate up to 6 guests. This home is located on the South facing side of the court and offers a great patio area. There are 3 units in the building the other 2 properties are residents. The living area offers Cable Television and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is bright and opens into the living area. Perfect for entertaining. The TV has been upgraded to a 42" Plasma!! There is wireless internet from other houses and is not guaranteed. There is one bedroom that offers 2 Queen size beds and easy access to the full bathroom. The bathroom is located just in the hall area easily accessed by each bathroom and living area! There is a full size bathtub. Perfect for families with smaller children. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed. There is one car parking in the garage. Also a coin op washer and dryer for your use. We offer several homes on Jamaica court. This is perfect for families traveling together or family reunions! Look at The family Plan under 3 bed 2b located as 723 Jamaica court, The Sand Dollar 2 bed 2b located at 725 Jamaica ct, or the Jamaica Beach Cottage 2 bed 1b located at 732 Jamaica Ct. We will offer a discount when reserving more than one property together!!
