Comment: Condo was clean ,well supplied and maintained. Beach was kept clean with beautiful white sand. Great view from our condo. Probably the nicest condo we have been too in past years. The staff, especially Ms Barbara, were very helpful and informative. We were running late, due to bad weather, and appreciated their staying past closing time to help us. I used Bender Realty 3 yrs ago and had the same wonderful experience. I would defintely use and recommend Bender Realty again.

Comment: I did love the condo and I think Bender Realty is the best.I would never go with any other realty company in Gulf Shores.The treatment we get from them is excellent,friendly,very helpful.I will never stay in Bluewater Condos ever again because of the security personnel hired to work there.They were rude and seems like they were always harassing the guests.A couple of times we ended going up to the public beach because of security.They definitely put a damper on our vacation.

Comment: I read the reviews for this property before booking Bluewater with Bender Realty. I suggest the same to anyone in this world of technological advances. The staff at Bender was kind and helpful. One of the staff members provided vaca info from their brochure rack. My family was able to use some coupons. (Needed for a family of 6.) We received directions and keys to our condo. The property offered grocery carts and luggage carts (next to the elevators) for guests to transport many items to their respective rooms. Like, totally awesome! Some of the reviews I read before booking talked about tripping on a bottom section of the balcony door frame. This is true, so just be careful and you'll be fine. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Happy Days at Blue Water Condos

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The condo was a little dated in its decor, but it was comfortable and clean except for the air intake vent situated by the front door. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

Comment: I did love the condo and I think Bender Realty is the best.I would never go with any other realty company in Gulf Shores.The treatment we get from them is excellent,friendly,very helpful.I will never stay in Bluewater Condos ever again because of the security personnel hired to work there.They were rude and seems like they were always harassing the guests.A couple of times we ended going up to the public beach because of security.They definitely put a damper on our vacation.

Comment: I read the reviews for this property before booking Bluewater with Bender Realty. I suggest the same to anyone in this world of technological advances. The staff at Bender was kind and helpful. One of the staff members provided vaca info from their brochure rack. My family was able to use some coupons. (Needed for a family of 6.) We received directions and keys to our condo. The property offered grocery carts and luggage carts (next to the elevators) for guests to transport many items to their respective rooms. Like, totally awesome! Some of the reviews I read before booking talked about tripping on a bottom section of the balcony door frame. This is true, so just be careful and you'll be fine. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The condo was a little dated in its decor, but it was comfortable and clean except for the air intake vent situated by the front door. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

Comment: I did love the condo and I think Bender Realty is the best.I would never go with any other realty company in Gulf Shores.The treatment we get from them is excellent,friendly,very helpful.I will never stay in Bluewater Condos ever again because of the security personnel hired to work there.They were rude and seems like they were always harassing the guests.A couple of times we ended going up to the public beach because of security.They definitely put a damper on our vacation.

The staff at Bender was kind and helpful. One of the staff members provided vaca info from their brochure rack. My family was able to use some coupons. (Needed for a family of 6.) We received directions and keys to our condo. The property offered grocery carts and luggage carts (next to the elevators) for guests to transport many items to their respective rooms. Like, totally awesome! Some of the reviews I read before booking talked about tripping on a bottom section of the balcony door frame. This is true, so just be careful and you'll be fine. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Happy Days at Blue Water Condos

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The condo was a little dated in its decor, but it was comfortable and clean except for the air intake vent situated by the front door. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

Comment: I read the reviews for this property before booking Bluewater with Bender Realty. I suggest the same to anyone in this world of technological advances. The staff at Bender was kind and helpful. One of the staff members provided vaca info from their brochure rack. My family was able to use some coupons. (Needed for a family of 6.) We received directions and keys to our condo. The property offered grocery carts and luggage carts (next to the elevators) for guests to transport many items to their respective rooms. Like, totally awesome! Some of the reviews I read before booking talked about tripping on a bottom section of the balcony door frame. This is true, so just be careful and you'll be fine. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Happy Days at Blue Water Condos

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The condo was a little dated in its decor, but it was comfortable and clean except for the air intake vent situated by the front door. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

The staff, especially Ms Barbara, were very helpful and informative. We were running late, due to bad weather, and appreciated their staying past closing time to help us. I used Bender Realty 3 yrs ago and had the same wonderful experience. I would defintely use and recommend Bender Realty again.

Comment: I did love the condo and I think Bender Realty is the best.I would never go with any other realty company in Gulf Shores.The treatment we get from them is excellent,friendly,very helpful.I will never stay in Bluewater Condos ever again because of the security personnel hired to work there.They were rude and seems like they were always harassing the guests.A couple of times we ended going up to the public beach because of security.They definitely put a damper on our vacation.

Comment: I read the reviews for this property before booking Bluewater with Bender Realty. I suggest the same to anyone in this world of technological advances. The staff at Bender was kind and helpful. One of the staff members provided vaca info from their brochure rack. My family was able to use some coupons. (Needed for a family of 6.) We received directions and keys to our condo. The property offered grocery carts and luggage carts (next to the elevators) for guests to transport many items to their respective rooms. Like, totally awesome! Some of the reviews I read before booking talked about tripping on a bottom section of the balcony door frame. This is true, so just be careful and you'll be fine. The view - FAB! The space in the condo - FAB! It was like bringing home to the beach. Reasonable and relaxing atmosphere. One morning, we heard a knock on the door. We didn't open it. Seconds later, a gentlemen from a pest control company walks in! Whoa! He asked to spray and we declined his offer as we were about to sit down for brkfst. This incident made us a little uneasy as now we were aware that anyone could walk into our condo during our stay. When we left our room for rec or dining out we took our valuables with us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return next summer.

Happy Days at Blue Water Condos

Comment: My son, two granddaughters and I spent four days at the Blue Water condos in Orange Beach and we had a stellar time. The condo was very large and everyone had their own bed (which eliminates a lot of dissention between the girls). The view was breathtaking. My granddaughters have never seen the ocean before and they were both completely taken with swimming, dep sea fishing, and crab hunting at night. The condo was a little dated in its decor, but it was comfortable and clean except for the air intake vent situated by the front door. The tile floors needed a little harder scrubbing because our bare feet kept getting dirty after walking across them BUT all in all everything else was spotless and charming. The biggest downer was the fact that there was only one elevator working and the wait for us to return to our condo sometimes stretched passed five minutes. Bender Realty was a great company to work with. We will go through this company again.

Comment: Condo was clean ,well supplied and maintained. Beach was kept clean with beautiful white sand. Great view from our condo. Probably the nicest condo we have been too in past years. The staff, especially Ms Barbara, were very helpful and informative. We were running late, due to bad weather, and appreciated their staying past closing time to help us. I used Bender Realty 3 yrs ago and had the same wonderful experience. I would defintely use and recommend Bender Realty again.
