Comment: This is the third time we stayed in this room because we like the location and view but were disappointed in several issues. The cleaning of the stove, carpet, and living floor was sub-standard. there were a lot of dead bugs and salt on the french doors and track making it almost impossible to open. The master commode was not securely attached to the floor. So we spent our first hours cleaning the condo. Also, the elevator had intermittent problems all week requiring using the stairs. Overall OK but not our best stay.

Also several of the kitchen appliances did not work and the refridgerator was dirty.

Comment: After renting numerous condos in Gulf Shores, I found this one, to be one of the better ones. It was in good condition, and everything worked great. Furniture was decent, and kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint was... sunset was slightly hidden at this time of year, due to the building next to us. I would rent this condo again anytime.

Comment: I was a little nervous about the condition of the electrical outlets in the condo they were loose and when you plug things in they would come lose and some of the outlet covers were broken. There was also mold grow on one of the windows.

Comment: We brought our 3 children and my mother and everyone was extremely happy with the place. We each had our own spaces to relax and there was ample space for us all to come together. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I spent each morning eating breakfast out there with our 5 year old son. We plan on staying there again on our next family vacation.

Comment: Only problem was the beach access. The chair rental company sealed off the beach and residence of Clearwater had to walk about 80 to 100 yards to go around their chairs and umbrellas just to get to the water. Not cool. They were the only ones up and down the beach that did it this way.

Comment: Overall, Clearwater property was well kept and has an excellent view. We did have difficulty with the elevator. It occasionally did not work. Our specific condo, 4 A, was generally not clean, the furniture was old, dingy and not comfortable. All of the beds were hard as rocks! Also several of the kitchen appliances did not work and the refridgerator was dirty.

Comment: I was a little nervous about the condition of the electrical outlets in the condo they were loose and when you plug things in they would come lose and some of the outlet covers were broken. There was also mold grow on one of the windows.

Comment: We brought our 3 children and my mother and everyone was extremely happy with the place. We each had our own spaces to relax and there was ample space for us all to come together. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I spent each morning eating breakfast out there with our 5 year old son. We plan on staying there again on our next family vacation.

Comment: Only problem was the beach access. The chair rental company sealed off the beach and residence of Clearwater had to walk about 80 to 100 yards to go around their chairs and umbrellas just to get to the water. Not cool. They were the only ones up and down the beach that did it this way.

The master commode was not securely attached to the floor. So we spent our first hours cleaning the condo. Also, the elevator had intermittent problems all week requiring using the stairs. Overall OK but not our best stay.

Furniture was decent, and kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint was... sunset was slightly hidden at this time of year, due to the building next to us. I would rent this condo again anytime.

Comment: Only problem was the beach access. The chair rental company sealed off the beach and residence of Clearwater had to walk about 80 to 100 yards to go around their chairs and umbrellas just to get to the water. Not cool. They were the only ones up and down the beach that did it this way.

Comment: We brought our 3 children and my mother and everyone was extremely happy with the place. We each had our own spaces to relax and there was ample space for us all to come together. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I spent each morning eating breakfast out there with our 5 year old son. We plan on staying there again on our next family vacation.

Comment: This is the third time we stayed in this room because we like the location and view but were disappointed in several issues. The cleaning of the stove, carpet, and living floor was sub-standard. there were a lot of dead bugs and salt on the french doors and track making it almost impossible to open. The master commode was not securely attached to the floor. So we spent our first hours cleaning the condo. Also, the elevator had intermittent problems all week requiring using the stairs. Overall OK but not our best stay.

Our specific condo, 4 A, was generally not clean, the furniture was old, dingy and not comfortable. All of the beds were hard as rocks! Also several of the kitchen appliances did not work and the refridgerator was dirty.

Comment: After renting numerous condos in Gulf Shores, I found this one, to be one of the better ones. It was in good condition, and everything worked great. Furniture was decent, and kitchen was well equipped. The only complaint was... sunset was slightly hidden at this time of year, due to the building next to us. I would rent this condo again anytime.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I spent each morning eating breakfast out there with our 5 year old son. We plan on staying there again on our next family vacation.

Comment: Only problem was the beach access. The chair rental company sealed off the beach and residence of Clearwater had to walk about 80 to 100 yards to go around their chairs and umbrellas just to get to the water. Not cool. They were the only ones up and down the beach that did it this way.

Comment: Only problem was the beach access. The chair rental company sealed off the beach and residence of Clearwater had to walk about 80 to 100 yards to go around their chairs and umbrellas just to get to the water. Not cool. They were the only ones up and down the beach that did it this way.

Comment: This is the third time we stayed in this room because we like the location and view but were disappointed in several issues. The cleaning of the stove, carpet, and living floor was sub-standard. there were a lot of dead bugs and salt on the french doors and track making it almost impossible to open. The master commode was not securely attached to the floor. So we spent our first hours cleaning the condo. Also, the elevator had intermittent problems all week requiring using the stairs. Overall OK but not our best stay.

Comment: Overall, Clearwater property was well kept and has an excellent view. We did have difficulty with the elevator. It occasionally did not work. Our specific condo, 4 A, was generally not clean, the furniture was old, dingy and not comfortable. All of the beds were hard as rocks! Also several of the kitchen appliances did not work and the refridgerator was dirty.

Comment: I was a little nervous about the condition of the electrical outlets in the condo they were loose and when you plug things in they would come lose and some of the outlet covers were broken. There was also mold grow on one of the windows.

Comment: We brought our 3 children and my mother and everyone was extremely happy with the place. We each had our own spaces to relax and there was ample space for us all to come together. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and I spent each morning eating breakfast out there with our 5 year old son. We plan on staying there again on our next family vacation.
