The ocean was very dirty all week but I guess it was due to storms at sea, but I have never seen this before and have been to the Gulf several times...the beach was really nice but very litterd in the early morning walks. Maybe alot more trash can could be put on the beach, I only saw one on our property. Overall it was a really fun time.

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: This condo was great! The only 2 complaints that we have is: 1. The tv could have been bigger and have a dvd player in the living room and 2. The floors were not swept and vacuumed very good! Other than that everything was awesome! This condo also had a awesome view of the beach and the pool area.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

The ocean was very dirty all week but I guess it was due to storms at sea, but I have never seen this before and have been to the Gulf several times...the beach was really nice but very litterd in the early morning walks. Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

The ocean was very dirty all week but I guess it was due to storms at sea, but I have never seen this before and have been to the Gulf several times...the beach was really nice but very litterd in the early morning walks. Maybe alot more trash can could be put on the beach, I only saw one on our property. Overall it was a really fun time.

Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: This condo was great! The only 2 complaints that we have is: 1. The tv could have been bigger and have a dvd player in the living room and 2. The floors were not swept and vacuumed very good! Other than that everything was awesome! This condo also had a awesome view of the beach and the pool area.

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

The ocean was very dirty all week but I guess it was due to storms at sea, but I have never seen this before and have been to the Gulf several times...the beach was really nice but very litterd in the early morning walks. Maybe alot more trash can could be put on the beach, I only saw one on our property. Overall it was a really fun time.

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: This condo was great! The only 2 complaints that we have is: 1. The tv could have been bigger and have a dvd player in the living room and 2. The floors were not swept and vacuumed very good! Other than that everything was awesome! This condo also had a awesome view of the beach and the pool area.

Maybe alot more trash can could be put on the beach, I only saw one on our property. Overall it was a really fun time.

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. Comment: Our vacation was June 19, 2011 thru June 24, 2011. We stayed in Clearwater 3D. The condo was just what we needed for our stay, and the washer and dryer was a lifesaver! The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: Our stay was perfect. I can't think of one thing to complain about. Except maybe ceiling fans would be nice. The fireworks on the 4th were awesome. The oil on the beach wasn't half as bad as I expected, and workers kept it cleaned up. The water didn't look that bad. Just rough waves, maybe from Hurricane Alex a few days before. The grandchildren had a great time at Waterville. There is so much to do when you're there!

Comment: There was litter and broken beach equipment in front of the complex. There were beer cans and abandoned broken chairs, umbrellas, etc. There did not seem to be any maintenance staff on the premises. The pool was SO filthy, that by the end of the week, we would not even let the kids get in it. It was disgusting! There was no ice maker in the refrigerator; the decor was dated and unattractive. The AC vent over the bar in the kitchen dripped constantly and the vent fan in the hall bathroom flapped everytime the slightest wind blew outside. It kept us awake time after time. More silverware, serving pieces, and glasses are needed in this unit. The whold complex needs some TLC.

Comment: In all we were very satified with our recent stay at the Clearwater resort. Our only complaint and suggestion is this. In that the resort requires a three day stay we feel that more than the "inital" supplies should be in the resort. Since this was our first stay with Bender Reality we were unaware that there would not at least be additionl toliet paper, small dish soap and additional garbage bags. We undersand that if too much is supplied, it will be taken home by the guest, but after a long car trip and having stopped at Winn Dixie for groceries, to be told by the office we could make a trip to Walmart for supplies was not very pleasent. We understood that they are instructed to say this, but feel this should not be a complaint I am listing now. I would recommend two additional toliet rolls per bathroom, one small dish soap, one small dishwasher soap supply, small box of laundry detergent, and several bags for garbage. Not having garbage bags could encourage people to forget they are not at home, but visitors in someone elses home. This would at least give the visitors a chance to pick up additional supplies with their second visit to the store for food, etc. Besides that, our stay was very nice, unit was very clean and in repair. One last suggestion would be however to direct the guests on where to drop off their garbage daily. My husband finally found a dumpster, but wasen't sure if it was really where he was to have left it. Thanks

The only issue we had was a very weak internet signal. The signal could only be picked up in a very limited space in the condo, and most of the time there was no signal at all. The staff at Bender Realty were great! We would definately use them again to book our vacation. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay in Clearwater 3D.

Comment: We stayed for a full week sun-sun in July. The room was not clean, refrigerator doesn't work well (We had to throw out most cold items). Washer/dryer combo was so dirty and dryer puts a greasy spot on all clothes. Just so you know this company doesn't make up the bunk beds (Never have I ever heard of a company that doesn't make those up, I see Why very difficult and this company doesn't seem to want to do much of anything.) Came in to lots of blown light bulbs or outlets with no bulb in them at all. Very noisy room, You can hear the unit above you at night as though they are in the room with you. We did call to complain and the company seemed to careless. I do not need luxury on vacation but I do like working appliances and a clean room. This property also has no bathroom by the pool, so if your at the beach or pool you must go back to your room. We will never stay with this company or on this property again. The beach was beautiful and Gulf Shores has some wonder attractions.

Comment: The Good: The location of the Clearwater is nice (near the pier on the end of Gulf Shores). Much smaller crowds on the beach here. Since the Clearwater is a smaller development, the beach is much less crowded in front of it compared to nearby larger condos. The room layout was nice and suitable for our group of six. The Not-So-Good: Our room was clean, but there was a faint odor in the master bedroom bed (smelled somewhat like urine). We Lysol'ed and lived with it. This condo development has no workout room. Not necessary but would have been nice. The TV in room 3D is really little (probably a 22" LCD). As cheap as LCD TV's are now, this is inexcusable. I didn't expect to see a big TV, but there should at least be a 32" TV in that room. The Bad (none of this is a reflection on the Clearwater condo): We had two days where there was lots of dead fish washed up on the beach. I was told it was due to the 'Red Tide' (google it if you don't know what it is). The beach was not as fun those two days due to the odor of dead fish. Traffic on 59 was always a problem. We would sit in gridlock every time we wanted to go to dinner. We sat in a 12 mile(!) traffic backup on Saturday when we arrived. It took 90 minutes to cover this leg of our trip. The traffic during our departure was not quite as bad, but backed up for 4-5 miles and moved very slowly. The Clearwater offered a nice place to stay at a more affordable price. We would consider returning to this condo in the future.

Comment: This condo was great! The only 2 complaints that we have is: 1. The tv could have been bigger and have a dvd player in the living room and 2. The floors were not swept and vacuumed very good! Other than that everything was awesome! This condo also had a awesome view of the beach and the pool area.

Comment: The condo was very clean and we really liked it. The ocean was very dirty all week but I guess it was due to storms at sea, but I have never seen this before and have been to the Gulf several times...the beach was really nice but very litterd in the early morning walks. Maybe alot more trash can could be put on the beach, I only saw one on our property. Overall it was a really fun time.
