Comment: We had a great time staying here. Not only was the place clean and spacious, it was also walking distance to Whistler Village, had a private hot tub, and had excellent service! We looked and looked and couldn't find the frying pans in the kitchen (everything else was extremely well-stocked, btw!), so the next morning, I emailed Trevor, and within 5 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call telling me to look in the drawer under the stove (silly us!). Don't be deceived by the pictures, the bunk beds are super comfortable queen-sized mattresses (never seen that befor!) with it's own tv and microwave (?) in the room. :) At the end of our stay, we decided to ski one more day, so Trevor let us stay in the condo until after the mountain closed! It was a great holiday, and we would definitely do it again!

Comment: We had a wonderful time and found the accomidations to be outstanding. The ammenities provided were excellent and we were very pleased, however we found the hottub not to work properly. We tried several things to figure out the issues, however there was no directions on how to utilize the tub and if there were it was not obvious to find them. This being said we were overall extremely happy with everything and will return next year and request the same unit. Thank you very much.

Comment: We were very pleased with our rental property. The unit was clean and ammenities were better than advertised. For example, the owner provided salt, sugar, games, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The unit's private hot tub was working great and turned on and running the entire time we were there. The unit also has a gas barbecue grill. Parking is at a premium in Whistler. While the unit did provide covered parking, I'd recommend using the shuttle service and likely would not rent a car next time. Very conveniently located near the grocery store. Whistler is beautiful; we will be back.

Comment: Our family had a wonderful stay at Glacier's reach. The townhouse was very well maintained and clean and tidy when we arrived. We used the private hot tub during our stay but were a little concernced whether the water quality was being checked regularly. We also used the outdoor pool and hot tub. One day we arrived to find cigarette butts and cigar pieces scattered in and around the hot tub. Perhaps there ought to be morning cleanups done to curtaine such problems. We were very happy with the communication from Trevor and his efforts to make an early check-in time for our young family. Overall, we loved the townhouse and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to our family. Thankyou.

Comment: We will never stay in a Whistler hotel again. This is too good of a value to pass by. All you need and more than you'd expect. When you see the kitchen has all the utensils you could need...including a food processor? We were surprised to coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard. Maybe previous guests left these thing but I think a good guest should contribute. Leave a little something behind...for the next guest! Don't forget to look at the photos on the fireplace mantel. There are other guest books on the shelves under the TV. Call Trevor if you have any issues.....he's a great manager and we will be calling him again! TOP NOTCH!

Comment: I stayed here at the Glacier's Reach, unit #69 and I read most of the reviews before booking the trip. I don't know how this place received any bad reviews, I found the property to be in excellent condition while being in a great location making it very easy for our group to pick up items from local businesses. I would definitely stay at Glaciers Reach again, and I would recommend it to anyone. And to top it all off it's about a 30 second walk to MCDONALDS! I eat there 4 times in 2 days! Since I've been back I've been jogging to get back in to shape. Great weekend.

Comment: We had a great time staying here. Not only was the place clean and spacious, it was also walking distance to Whistler Village, had a private hot tub, and had excellent service! We looked and looked and couldn't find the frying pans in the kitchen (everything else was extremely well-stocked, btw!), so the next morning, I emailed Trevor, and within 5 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call telling me to look in the drawer under the stove (silly us!). Don't be deceived by the pictures, the bunk beds are super comfortable queen-sized mattresses (never seen that befor!) with it's own tv and microwave (?) in the room. :) At the end of our stay, we decided to ski one more day, so Trevor let us stay in the condo until after the mountain closed! It was a great holiday, and we would definitely do it again!

Comment: We were two couples, each with a baby staying in this unit. We absolutely loved the layout of the condo as we each had our own bathroom & having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit we could not hear any noise from each others rooms....absolutely wonderful with kids. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. Our only complaints would be that the carpets probably need a good steam cleaning...our white socks were dirty very quickly...and that it would have been nice to know in advance that there is only 1 overheight parking spot for the entire complex. We showed up with tule on top of our SUV & couldn't fit into the underground. The only way we were able to park was to borrow tools & take our tule off...luckily we had enough room in our unit to store it or we would have found ourselves in a difficult situation.

For example, the owner provided salt, sugar, games, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The unit's private hot tub was working great and turned on and running the entire time we were there. The unit also has a gas barbecue grill. Parking is at a premium in Whistler. While the unit did provide covered parking, I'd recommend using the shuttle service and likely would not rent a car next time. Very conveniently located near the grocery store. Whistler is beautiful; we will be back.

Comment: Our family had a wonderful stay at Glacier's reach. The townhouse was very well maintained and clean and tidy when we arrived. We used the private hot tub during our stay but were a little concernced whether the water quality was being checked regularly. We also used the outdoor pool and hot tub. One day we arrived to find cigarette butts and cigar pieces scattered in and around the hot tub. Perhaps there ought to be morning cleanups done to curtaine such problems. We were very happy with the communication from Trevor and his efforts to make an early check-in time for our young family. Overall, we loved the townhouse and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to our family. Thankyou.

When you see the kitchen has all the utensils you could need...including a food processor? We were surprised to coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard. Maybe previous guests left these thing but I think a good guest should contribute. Leave a little something behind...for the next guest! Don't forget to look at the photos on the fireplace mantel. There are other guest books on the shelves under the TV. Call Trevor if you have any issues.....he's a great manager and we will be calling him again! TOP NOTCH!

The room had everything that I could have imaginably needed or forgot to bring, the hottub was amazing, everything was clean and comfortable. The only surprise for me was that it was quite the walk to the ski lifts, especially when you have all your equipment - there is a shuttle that cuts the trip a bit shorter but its still a bit of a walk. Save yourself from walking in ski boots and just call a cab, its like 10 bucks. Otherwise wonderful place, highly recommended.

I don't know how this place received any bad reviews, I found the property to be in excellent condition while being in a great location making it very easy for our group to pick up items from local businesses. I would definitely stay at Glaciers Reach again, and I would recommend it to anyone. And to top it all off it's about a 30 second walk to MCDONALDS! I eat there 4 times in 2 days! Since I've been back I've been jogging to get back in to shape. Great weekend.

Comment: We stayed here over a couple of nights for a ski trip with some friends and it was wonderful. The room had everything that I could have imaginably needed or forgot to bring, the hottub was amazing, everything was clean and comfortable. The only surprise for me was that it was quite the walk to the ski lifts, especially when you have all your equipment - there is a shuttle that cuts the trip a bit shorter but its still a bit of a walk. Save yourself from walking in ski boots and just call a cab, its like 10 bucks. Otherwise wonderful place, highly recommended.

Comment: I would have liked to have more information about the resources of the entire resort made available to me, in a simiplified, thorough way. It took me the first day to figure out all that. For example, I never did quite ascertain where the nearby bus stops were, and wht their schedules were. Perhaps the rental company could have provided that by email in advance, and by hard copy in the condo.

However, the hot tub was not working - water was warm but only one of the jets was working. We called to report this and was told someone would be around the next morning. If someone did come (we were out) they did not or were not able to fix it. A note or phone call would have been appreciated to explain the situation.

Comment: We were two couples, each with a baby staying in this unit. We absolutely loved the layout of the condo as we each had our own bathroom & having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit we could not hear any noise from each others rooms....absolutely wonderful with kids. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. Our only complaints would be that the carpets probably need a good steam cleaning...our white socks were dirty very quickly...and that it would have been nice to know in advance that there is only 1 overheight parking spot for the entire complex. We showed up with tule on top of our SUV & couldn't fit into the underground. The only way we were able to park was to borrow tools & take our tule off...luckily we had enough room in our unit to store it or we would have found ourselves in a difficult situation.

Comment: We were very pleased with our rental property. The unit was clean and ammenities were better than advertised. For example, the owner provided salt, sugar, games, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The unit's private hot tub was working great and turned on and running the entire time we were there. The unit also has a gas barbecue grill. Parking is at a premium in Whistler. While the unit did provide covered parking, I'd recommend using the shuttle service and likely would not rent a car next time. Very conveniently located near the grocery store. Whistler is beautiful; we will be back.

Comment: Our family had a wonderful stay at Glacier's reach. The townhouse was very well maintained and clean and tidy when we arrived. We used the private hot tub during our stay but were a little concernced whether the water quality was being checked regularly. We also used the outdoor pool and hot tub. One day we arrived to find cigarette butts and cigar pieces scattered in and around the hot tub. Perhaps there ought to be morning cleanups done to curtaine such problems. We were very happy with the communication from Trevor and his efforts to make an early check-in time for our young family. Overall, we loved the townhouse and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to our family. Thankyou.

Comment: We will never stay in a Whistler hotel again. This is too good of a value to pass by. All you need and more than you'd expect. When you see the kitchen has all the utensils you could need...including a food processor? We were surprised to coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard. Maybe previous guests left these thing but I think a good guest should contribute. Leave a little something behind...for the next guest! Don't forget to look at the photos on the fireplace mantel. There are other guest books on the shelves under the TV. Call Trevor if you have any issues.....he's a great manager and we will be calling him again! TOP NOTCH!

I don't know how this place received any bad reviews, I found the property to be in excellent condition while being in a great location making it very easy for our group to pick up items from local businesses. I would definitely stay at Glaciers Reach again, and I would recommend it to anyone. And to top it all off it's about a 30 second walk to MCDONALDS! I eat there 4 times in 2 days! Since I've been back I've been jogging to get back in to shape. Great weekend.

Comment: We had a great time staying here. Not only was the place clean and spacious, it was also walking distance to Whistler Village, had a private hot tub, and had excellent service! We looked and looked and couldn't find the frying pans in the kitchen (everything else was extremely well-stocked, btw!), so the next morning, I emailed Trevor, and within 5 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call telling me to look in the drawer under the stove (silly us!). Don't be deceived by the pictures, the bunk beds are super comfortable queen-sized mattresses (never seen that befor!) with it's own tv and microwave (?) in the room. :) At the end of our stay, we decided to ski one more day, so Trevor let us stay in the condo until after the mountain closed! It was a great holiday, and we would definitely do it again!

Comment: We had a wonderful time and found the accomidations to be outstanding. The ammenities provided were excellent and we were very pleased, however we found the hottub not to work properly. We tried several things to figure out the issues, however there was no directions on how to utilize the tub and if there were it was not obvious to find them. This being said we were overall extremely happy with everything and will return next year and request the same unit. Thank you very much.

Comment: We stayed here over a couple of nights for a ski trip with some friends and it was wonderful. The room had everything that I could have imaginably needed or forgot to bring, the hottub was amazing, everything was clean and comfortable. The only surprise for me was that it was quite the walk to the ski lifts, especially when you have all your equipment - there is a shuttle that cuts the trip a bit shorter but its still a bit of a walk. Save yourself from walking in ski boots and just call a cab, its like 10 bucks. Otherwise wonderful place, highly recommended.

Comment: I would have liked to have more information about the resources of the entire resort made available to me, in a simiplified, thorough way. It took me the first day to figure out all that. For example, I never did quite ascertain where the nearby bus stops were, and wht their schedules were. Perhaps the rental company could have provided that by email in advance, and by hard copy in the condo.

Comment: We stayed in this unit for three nights in June 2010. Unit was well equiped, clean, and central to all amenities. However, the hot tub was not working - water was warm but only one of the jets was working. We called to report this and was told someone would be around the next morning. If someone did come (we were out) they did not or were not able to fix it. A note or phone call would have been appreciated to explain the situation.

Comment: We were two couples, each with a baby staying in this unit. We absolutely loved the layout of the condo as we each had our own bathroom & having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit we could not hear any noise from each others rooms....absolutely wonderful with kids. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. Our only complaints would be that the carpets probably need a good steam cleaning...our white socks were dirty very quickly...and that it would have been nice to know in advance that there is only 1 overheight parking spot for the entire complex. We showed up with tule on top of our SUV & couldn't fit into the underground. The only way we were able to park was to borrow tools & take our tule off...luckily we had enough room in our unit to store it or we would have found ourselves in a difficult situation.

Comment: We were very pleased with our rental property. The unit was clean and ammenities were better than advertised. For example, the owner provided salt, sugar, games, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The unit's private hot tub was working great and turned on and running the entire time we were there. The unit also has a gas barbecue grill. Parking is at a premium in Whistler. While the unit did provide covered parking, I'd recommend using the shuttle service and likely would not rent a car next time. Very conveniently located near the grocery store. Whistler is beautiful; we will be back.

Comment: Our family had a wonderful stay at Glacier's reach. The townhouse was very well maintained and clean and tidy when we arrived. We used the private hot tub during our stay but were a little concernced whether the water quality was being checked regularly. We also used the outdoor pool and hot tub. One day we arrived to find cigarette butts and cigar pieces scattered in and around the hot tub. Perhaps there ought to be morning cleanups done to curtaine such problems. We were very happy with the communication from Trevor and his efforts to make an early check-in time for our young family. Overall, we loved the townhouse and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to our family. Thankyou.

Comment: We will never stay in a Whistler hotel again. This is too good of a value to pass by. All you need and more than you'd expect. When you see the kitchen has all the utensils you could need...including a food processor? We were surprised to coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard. Maybe previous guests left these thing but I think a good guest should contribute. Leave a little something behind...for the next guest! Don't forget to look at the photos on the fireplace mantel. There are other guest books on the shelves under the TV. Call Trevor if you have any issues.....he's a great manager and we will be calling him again! TOP NOTCH!

Comment: I stayed here at the Glacier's Reach, unit #69 and I read most of the reviews before booking the trip. I don't know how this place received any bad reviews, I found the property to be in excellent condition while being in a great location making it very easy for our group to pick up items from local businesses. I would definitely stay at Glaciers Reach again, and I would recommend it to anyone. And to top it all off it's about a 30 second walk to MCDONALDS! I eat there 4 times in 2 days! Since I've been back I've been jogging to get back in to shape. Great weekend.

Comment: We stayed in this unit for three nights in June 2010. Unit was well equiped, clean, and central to all amenities. However, the hot tub was not working - water was warm but only one of the jets was working. We called to report this and was told someone would be around the next morning. If someone did come (we were out) they did not or were not able to fix it. A note or phone call would have been appreciated to explain the situation.

Comment: We were two couples, each with a baby staying in this unit. We absolutely loved the layout of the condo as we each had our own bathroom & having the bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit we could not hear any noise from each others rooms....absolutely wonderful with kids. The kitchen was well stocked & organized. Our only complaints would be that the carpets probably need a good steam cleaning...our white socks were dirty very quickly...and that it would have been nice to know in advance that there is only 1 overheight parking spot for the entire complex. We showed up with tule on top of our SUV & couldn't fit into the underground. The only way we were able to park was to borrow tools & take our tule off...luckily we had enough room in our unit to store it or we would have found ourselves in a difficult situation.

Comment: We were very pleased with our rental property. The unit was clean and ammenities were better than advertised. For example, the owner provided salt, sugar, games, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The unit's private hot tub was working great and turned on and running the entire time we were there. The unit also has a gas barbecue grill. Parking is at a premium in Whistler. While the unit did provide covered parking, I'd recommend using the shuttle service and likely would not rent a car next time. Very conveniently located near the grocery store. Whistler is beautiful; we will be back.

Comment: Our family had a wonderful stay at Glacier's reach. The townhouse was very well maintained and clean and tidy when we arrived. We used the private hot tub during our stay but were a little concernced whether the water quality was being checked regularly. We also used the outdoor pool and hot tub. One day we arrived to find cigarette butts and cigar pieces scattered in and around the hot tub. Perhaps there ought to be morning cleanups done to curtaine such problems. We were very happy with the communication from Trevor and his efforts to make an early check-in time for our young family. Overall, we loved the townhouse and really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be returning and recommending this property to our family. Thankyou.

Comment: We will never stay in a Whistler hotel again. This is too good of a value to pass by. All you need and more than you'd expect. When you see the kitchen has all the utensils you could need...including a food processor? We were surprised to coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard. Maybe previous guests left these thing but I think a good guest should contribute. Leave a little something behind...for the next guest! Don't forget to look at the photos on the fireplace mantel. There are other guest books on the shelves under the TV. Call Trevor if you have any issues.....he's a great manager and we will be calling him again! TOP NOTCH!

Comment: I stayed here at the Glacier's Reach, unit #69 and I read most of the reviews before booking the trip. I don't know how this place received any bad reviews, I found the property to be in excellent condition while being in a great location making it very easy for our group to pick up items from local businesses. I would definitely stay at Glaciers Reach again, and I would recommend it to anyone. And to top it all off it's about a 30 second walk to MCDONALDS! I eat there 4 times in 2 days! Since I've been back I've been jogging to get back in to shape. Great weekend.

Comment: We stayed here over a couple of nights for a ski trip with some friends and it was wonderful. The room had everything that I could have imaginably needed or forgot to bring, the hottub was amazing, everything was clean and comfortable. The only surprise for me was that it was quite the walk to the ski lifts, especially when you have all your equipment - there is a shuttle that cuts the trip a bit shorter but its still a bit of a walk. Save yourself from walking in ski boots and just call a cab, its like 10 bucks. Otherwise wonderful place, highly recommended.

Comment: We had a great time staying here. Not only was the place clean and spacious, it was also walking distance to Whistler Village, had a private hot tub, and had excellent service! We looked and looked and couldn't find the frying pans in the kitchen (everything else was extremely well-stocked, btw!), so the next morning, I emailed Trevor, and within 5 minutes, I received both an email and a phone call telling me to look in the drawer under the stove (silly us!). Don't be deceived by the pictures, the bunk beds are super comfortable queen-sized mattresses (never seen that befor!) with it's own tv and microwave (?) in the room. :) At the end of our stay, we decided to ski one more day, so Trevor let us stay in the condo until after the mountain closed! It was a great holiday, and we would definitely do it again!
