Big White Vacation Townhouse Rental Description

Nestled in the shadow of the gondola, this is a lovely warm end townhouse over 3 floors. 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the top floor and a bedroom and a den on the ground floor for the kids. The middle floor has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge. FEATURES BY FLOOR ENTRY LEVEL FLOOR: Entry is on to a mezzanine floor with steps up to the living and kitchen area and steps down to the bunk room, den and entrance to the garage. LIVING AREA LEVEL: On this level there is a living area with 2 sofas and a TV with cable access and a gas fire. The windows give views over Happy Valley and the mountains beyond. This open plan area also provides a dining table which seats 8 and there is a breakfast bar between the living area and the kitchen which has a large fridge freezer, electric range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Out from the kitchen is a private deck with a hot tub and barbecue TOP FLOOR:The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a fire with an en-suite including a bath tub with a shower over. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed with an en-suite with an enclosed shower cubicle with a large shower head and steam shower.At the top of the landing is a cupboard with separate washing machine and dryer. BOTTOM FLOOR:On the bottom floor is the third bedroom which has a single over double bunk and a den area with a sleeper sofa, TV with Sony playstation 2 and loads of games. This floor has a shared bathroom containing a bath with shower over and also gives access to the heated garage for 1 car and back door entry with a tiled floor and hallway cupboard.
